New Hope Housing offers single room occupancy (SRO) housing for individuals and supportive apartments for families. Our developments are income-restricted communities.
The rental rates for an SRO efficiency unit are between $495 and $812 per month, and for a multifamily apartment unit starting at $907.

Does New Hope Housing help me pay the rent? No, we do not subsidize rent. However, we welcome residents with housing vouchers or subsidies from social service agencies or other sources.
Does New Hope Housing allow pets? We accept assistance animals only.
Does New Hope Housing offer housing for couples or families? Yes. Our property at Reed Road can accommodate families, while our SROs are for individuals.
I do not have a vehicle. Are your properties easily accessible to transit? All of our properties are easily accessible to public transportation. We do have free parking available at most of our properties (excluding downtown locations).
