New Hope has a proven business
model for developing debt-free SRO properties that operate
in the black. Although rent does cover building operating
costs and a maintenance fund, we depend on donations from
individuals, corporations, and foundations to:
| • |
Fund the Resident Services Program |
| • |
Propel the development of additional properties, offering
Houston’s most vulnerable citizens a safe place
to call home |
Your tax-deductible donation helps to effect change in individual
lives.
If you prefer not to have your donation acknowledged in our
publications please advise our office manager at officemgr@newhopehousing.com.
We value your privacy.

You may wish to teach a crafts or computer class, organize
a game night, host a book club, offer your clerical skills,
or use your talents in another way. Perhaps you work for a
company that can teach classes on financial management and
planning, job interviews, resume building, or GED preparation.
We will offer the necessary information and tools to help
you become an active participant. Please contact Nicole Cassier

Participate in the critical alliance between business
and the community by becoming New Hope’s partner.
Ideas include organizing an employee book drive, collecting
toiletries when employees travel on business, donating high
quality office equipment/furniture, or hosting a dinner at
one of our properties. We welcome the opportunity to tailor
a program that allows your staff to donate their time and
talents in just the right way.
If you have items you would like to donate, please contact

We thank our donors for their loyalty and enthusiasm and
look forward to working with new friends as we build for the
future.
